Stacked is a Dutch poffertjes brand started by Australian brother-and-sister Kane and Jessica Harrison at Camden Lock Market in January 2013. After thirteen years running London's biggest market and festival stalls — Camden, Southbank, Brick Lane, Notting Hill — Stacked opened its first permanent kiosk at Bluewater Shopping Centre, Kent.
Two Australians from Mt Eliza, an hour south of Melbourne, fell in love with the market culture of London, opened a poffertjes stall at Camden Lock in January 2013, and have spent thirteen years cooking mini Dutch pancakes fresh in front of customers across the UK's biggest events. Stacked's first permanent kiosk is at Bluewater Shopping Centre, with more UK locations planned. Franchise applications are now open.
Use the light-blue badge wherever possible. White and black variants for dark / light backgrounds.
The Bluewater kiosk uses these as the canonical brand palette.
