★ Bluewater Shopping Centre

Stacked at Bluewater.

Bluewater is one of the UK's largest shopping destinations — over 27 million visitors a year, in Greenhithe just off the M25 between Dartford and Gravesend. Our kiosk sits in the heart of the centre. Easy to find, hard to walk past.

Visiting Bluewater for the first time? We're a 7-minute walk from the main north car park (yellow zone), a 4-minute walk from the south (red zone), and close to the main food court. The whole centre is fully accessible.

Good to know.

The questions we get every day at the Bluewater queue.

Do you take card / cash / Apple Pay?

All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and contactless. We don't carry much cash so card is preferred.

How long is the wait?

From order to plate is about 90 seconds. At peak times (Saturday afternoons, school holidays) the queue can be 10–15 minutes — come slightly off-peak if you're in a hurry. It's worth the wait.

Where can I sit and eat?

The food court is moments away and has hundreds of seats. Plenty of benches around the centre too.

Are you halal?

Our ingredients don't contain alcohol or pork. The base pancake batter does contain milk and egg. See full allergens.

Are you gluten-free or vegan?

Not yet — but it's on the roadmap. The base poffertjes contain wheat, milk and egg. Our fresh fruit toppings are vegan and gluten-free if you want to keep it simple.

Do you do takeaway boxes?

Yes — branded kraft boxes, perfect for walking around or taking home.

Can kids eat them?

Absolutely — they're a kids' favourite. A base of ten poffertjes with a simple topping like milk chocolate or fresh strawberries makes the perfect little treat (from £6.95). Just ask us to keep it simple.
