Where are you open?

Our flagship kiosk is open at Bluewater Shopping Centre, Kent. We're expanding across the UK through 2026 and beyond — see the Locations page for the latest.

What are poffertjes?

Bite-size Dutch pancakes — fluffy, lightly sweet, traditionally griddled in a dimpled cast-iron pan. Originally a 19th-century Dutch street snack. We make ours fresh to order and stack them with toppings.

Do you take card / cash / Apple Pay?

Yes to all. We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and contactless. We don't carry much cash float so card is preferred.

Can I order in advance?

Not yet — everything is cooked fresh to order at the kiosk, and the line moves fast (about 90 seconds from order to plate). For big orders, events and parties, see Catering.

How long does an order take?

From pan to plate, about 90 seconds. Queues at peak times (weekend afternoons) might add a few minutes, so come slightly off-peak if you're in a hurry.

Are you vegetarian / vegan / gluten free?

Most of our stacks are vegetarian. We have vegan-friendly toppings (fruits, plant-based sauces). Our base poffertjes contain wheat, milk and egg, so we don't have a gluten-free or fully vegan stack yet — but it's on the roadmap. See the full allergens table.

Can I customise my stack?

Absolutely. Pick a signature stack and swap toppings, or use the Build Your Own flow: choose a size, pick a sauce, load on toppings, add extras.

Do you do gift cards?

They're coming very soon — digital and physical, redeemable at the kiosk. Register your interest and you'll be first to know when they launch.

What's your refund policy?

If something's wrong with your order, tell us at the kiosk straight away or email kane@stackeduk.com within 48 hours. We'll remake or refund. Full details in our Terms.

Do you sponsor events / partner with creators?

Sometimes! For brand partnerships email kane@stackeduk.com. For creator collabs DM us on Instagram — we read everything.

How do I report an allergic reaction or food safety issue?

Please email us immediately at kane@stackeduk.com so we can act fast. Our kiosks handle nuts, dairy, gluten, soya and eggs — see our allergens page.
