The total typical investment is £75–95k including a £20k franchise fee, build (£40–55k), opening stock, working capital, training and launch marketing. We'll talk you through the full breakdown after your first application call.
You don't need to have run a food business before — but you do need genuine retail or hospitality experience, capital available (or financeable), and a real interest in being present in the unit, especially in year one. We're picky on fit because it matters.
7% royalty on net sales (paid weekly) plus a 2% marketing contribution that funds national campaigns and brand work. No hidden fees, no surprise mark-ups on supplies.
Across our pilot Bluewater unit and the financial model, payback typically lands at 14–22 months. Performance varies by location, footfall and operator — we'll share the full P&L benchmarks during discovery.
Yes — and we'd love that. Multi-unit deals get reduced franchise fees per additional site and a dedicated territory agreement. Most of our pipeline is multi-unit from day one.
Cities we're actively exploring for 2026/27 include West London, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Bristol, Leeds and Cardiff, plus airports and major transport hubs.
From first call to signed agreement is typically 8–12 weeks. From signed to open is another 16–24 weeks depending on site readiness. Plan for 9 months end-to-end.
